Length of presentation 10 minutes.
Data projection, presentations accepted on CDs, DVDs, flash disks
(format: PowerPoint 2003-2013, Windows XP/7/8/10, PDF).
Posters: width 90 cm, height 120 cm.
Abstracts:
Guidelines for abstract submission:
MS Word, single-spaced, font size 11, font Times New Roman, up to 2500 characters including spaces. The title should be typed in capitals and bold face.

The organizers reserve the right to place a submission either as an oral presentation or poster.
Information on the acceptance of a lecture or poster will be sent to the author by: 20. 3. 2019

After this date, the organizer does not arrange accommodation, cannot guarantee active participation with inclusion in the workshop program, conference materials, participation in the accompanying program.
Confirmation of registration, i.e., information on the acceptance for participation and provision of accommodation will be sent by 20. 3. 2019.

Members of the Division for Human Brain Mapping, Czech Society for Clinical Neurophysiology with active participation (presenting) and students in full time study do not pay the registration fee.
Registration fee will be paid via bank transfer and includes organizing costs, refreshments, lunch on April 5, 2019, welcome reception on April 4, 2019 and a printed copy of the conference proceedings.

Accommodation
4 - 5 April 2019
Reservations are made in the Hotel Flora, Krapkova 34, Olomouc (www.hotelflora.cz, Tel. +420 585 422 200) Please state your request for accommodation in the registration form.
Hotel reservations are made by the organizers after timely registration and payment of the registration fee. Hotel rooms are filled consecutively according to the registration dates. If you request a double room, fill in the name of your roommate.
Accommodation will be paid directly in the hotel. We cannot guarantee discounted prices for orders made after the deadline.
Meal
There will be several coffee breaks throughout the conference. On Friday 5. 4. 2019, a lunch will be provided at the conference venue.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, please submit a written request to the Conference Service UP. Participants who pay fees and cancel the participation by 31. 3. 2019 will get the fees fully refunded. After this date, fees will not be refunded but the conference materials will be sent to the participant.
